AP Holding's statement In order to present a binding offer, due diligence report is essential, that is a verification of the data and economic conditions of the Company.
In December we presented a strong plan for the reconstruction and revival of Alitalia, but we were excluded from the due diligence phase which was for three months granted only to Air France-KLM.
The government must decide whether it actually wants to receive other proposals. In an operation of this complexity they cannot expect us to present offers while being kept in the dark and without even a brief due diligence report (at least three weeks).
