Book a flight

Purchase on line your ticket by credit card, booking three hours in advance and collect it at the Air One ticket office at the airport.

1. Search for a flight
Choose your departure and arrival airports and select the type of flight you require, single or return. In case of return flights whose final destination does not coincide with the original departure city (e.g. outward leg from Rome to Milan and return leg from Milan to Pescara), two separate bookings are required (one from Rome to Milan and the other from Milan to Pescara). Choose the departure and arrival dates, time and number of passengers for the booking. It is not necessary to select the class of travel, as this is alredy preset. Finally, select the desired flight search type: the semi-flexible type allows you to find the best available fare for the chosen dates; it will also display alternative time choices to those entered, whilst the non-flexible type displays the best available fare for the selected dates and times only. Up to 6 bookings may be made in a single session (with a single booking code - PNR). If applicable, enter the number of children under 12 and/or infants under 2, in order to obtain the discounted fare. Air One provides a supervision service for unaccompanied children aged 5-12, which must be booked at least 3 working days in advance by contacting our Call Center on 199 20 70 80, Monday-Sunday, 5:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. (fixed fee service). Children under the age of 5 cannot travel alone. Click on the Search button to display the results.

2. Choose a flight
The results of the requested search will be displayed, showing the available flights accompanied by the following information: flight number, departure and arrival airports, time and available fare. The system will only display available flights and all that remains to be done is choose the ones you prefer. After having chosen, click the Select button.

3. Book a flight
The screen displays all the information regarding your chosen flight. All the fields must be filled in order to complete the booking. The fields containing your registration details will be compiled automatically. If you wish to book for another person, just change the “Passenger Information” fields, entering the details of the person for whom the ticket will be purchased. You must then complete the "Payment Information" and credit card holder fields. Choose the type of credit card: VISA, MASTERCARD, JCB, American Express and Diners cards are all accepted. It is not possible to use Electron cards. Credit card information is transmitted via a secure server using the SSL security protocol, which encrypts data during transmission. Consequently, bookings may be made using Netscape 1.22 and above, Internet Explorer 3.0 and above, and all browsers that support SSL technology.
You can pick up your tickets free of charge from Air One ticket office at the airport on the day of departure at least 30 minutes before flight departure to allow the check-in procedure. It is important to provide a telephone number in case of problems with your booking and/or for any messages regarding the flight. Finally, you will be presented with the fare regulations for the ticket that you are about to purchase. The chosen fare may have certain restrictions regarding booking cancellations or changes in departure date or class of travel. If you have any doubts, click "fare regulations" in "fares" menu in order to view the appropriate page. To cancel and/or change a booking, contact our Call Center on 199 20 70 80, Monday-Sunday, 5:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. (fixed-fee service). Tickets may be collected by one of the passengers, displaying an identity card. In case of impossibility to collect the tickets, contact our Call Center for a refund or replacement. Please remember that it is not possible to reissue tickets for a different destination from the one originally chosen. Click Buy to purchase the ticket online by credit card. Clicking Start Again will take you back to the main menu.

4. Confirm your purchase
When the purchase is confirmed, the system displays a printable screen containing complete information and a booking reference. If you have entered an e-mail address, you will receive an e-mail message confirming your booking. 
We recommend you to keep the booking reference (PNR or Passenger Name Record) confidential. This code allows you to access our on line services and your booking and itinerary details.  If travelling with other people and you would not like them to access your personal information, it will be necessary to make separate bookings for each passenger and to individually pay for them.

5. Check your itinerary
After purchase you can check your itinerary by filling in the appropriate fields with passenger’s last name and the booking reference number. Click here to access the page where you can view your itinerary.

6. Cancellations or changes
Changes to bookings, subject to booking class selected and availability, can be made by contacting our Call Center.
