Web check-in

Our new Web Check-in service makes it possible to avoid queues at the airport check-in counters and to save precious time. You can select your preferred seat and print your boarding pass from the comfort of your home or office and then go straight to the gate.

Passengers travelling with carry-on luggage only and electronic ticket can use the Web Check-in service to check-in over the Internet from 24 to 2 hours before flight departure.

How to use the Web Check-in service:

1. Insert your data: name, surname (name and surname must match the reservation information exactly), departure city, booking reference*, flight number and date.
2. Verify your itinerary and choose the passengers you want to check-in via the web.
3. Select your preferred seat from those available. If your itinerary includes a connecting flight, select seats for each segment of your itinerary. Confirm your  check-in.
4. Print your boarding pass: 2 boarding passes and the passenger receipt will be printed.

Attention: do not detach the two boarding passes before airport security controls.

Web Check-in is available for:**
Passengers with electronic tickets.
Passengers travelling with carry-on luggage only, weighing no more than 8 kg and measuring no more than 115 cm (height + length + width)**.
Web Check-in is not available for:

Passengers travelling with luggage to be checked-in.
Children between 12 and 17 years of age travelling alone.
Passengers travelling with children under 2 years of age.
Passengers travelling with mobility equipment (including strollers and carriages for children).
Passengers with limited mobility.
Blind passengers or passengers with poor vision travelling with a guide dog.
Passengers in need of special assistance at the airport.

Passengers using the Web Check-in service must board the aircraft no later than 30 minutes before scheduled departure time.

In case of change of aircraft or if particular technical conditions should arise, Air One reserves the right to change the seat assignment at the airport.

Your reservation can be changed before using the Web Check-in service.

* When concluding the booking process you will be given by Air One or the travel agency an alphabetic/alphanumeric sequence (normally composed by six characters) defined booking reference (PNR or Passenger Name Record). We recommend you to keep this code confidential as the PNR allows you to access our on line services and your booking and itinerary details.

** Please verify the New EU security rules.
