Air One policy is to provide passengers with the most satisfying and complete service to the highest quality standards.
Furthermore services before boarding have been enriched with the opening of Air One's Welcome lounge at Rome Fiumicino, Milan Linate and Turin airport and access to the VIP lounges at the airports of Genoa, Trieste, Naples, Bari, Athens and Copenhagen.
Designated lounge spaces provide relaxation and comfort to travelers, with reserved check-in desks, a bar or self-service for a quick snack, internet facilities, and the main national newspapers to read.
