What is the Web Check-in service?
The Web Check-in service is comparable to traditional check-in at the airport. The main difference is that, by using this service, passengers have the convenience of checking-in via the Internet, selecting their preferred seat, printing the boarding pass and going to the boarding gate no later than 30 minutes prior flight departure.
How do you use the Web Check-in service?
There are 4 easy steps to use the Web Check-in service:

Connect to the website www.flyairone.it. Access the Web Check-in mask in the home page. Fill in the mandatory fields by entering your data: name, surname, departure city, booking reference* (PNR), flight number and date.
Select “Check-in”.

Attention: Name and surname must match the reservation information exactly. |
Step 2 |
Passenger information and the itinerary will appear on the screen. Verify the correctness of the indicated itinerary and choose the passengers you want to check-in. If you did not advise your Frequent Flyer code at time of purchase, you can insert it now. Select “Continue”. |
Step 3 |
Select your seat assignment from those available and then select “Continue”. |
Step 4 |
If Web Check-in was successful two copies of your boarding pass and the passenger receipt will appear on the screen. Please print them on a “A4” paper format. Go directly to the boarding gate at the airport. Attention: do not detach the two boarding passes before airport security controls. The upper part of the print-out will be kept by the airline staff at the gate. What documents must be presented at the airport when using the Web Check-in service?
All passengers using the Web Check-in service must present a valid identification document and the printed boarding passes when requested. Passengers without valid identification documents will not be allowed to board.
What routes can I use the Web Check-in service for?
The data entry form always contains an updated list of the airports for which the service is available.
Which passengers can use the Web Check-in service?
Passengers with electronic tickets travelling with carry-on luggage only. Passengers are allowed to bring only one piece of luggage weighing a maximum of 8 kg and measuring no more than 115 cm (length + height + width). Please verify the New EU security rules.
Which passengers cannot use the Web Check-in service?
Passengers travelling with luggage to be checked-in, passengers with paper tickets, unaccompanied minors from 12 to 18 years of age (inclusive), passengers travelling with children less than 2 years of age and all passengers in need of special assistance.
When can I use the Web Check-in service?
The Web Check-in service can be used from 24 to 2 hours prior flight departure time. Within 2 hours of departure time it is necessary either to go directly to the airport or to use the Telecheck-in service by calling 199 20 70 81 (specific telephone rates apply). Telecheck-in service is available up to 40 minutes before departure.
What is the deadline to arrive at the boarding gate?
Passengers using Web Check-in must be at the boarding gate no later than 30 minutes before scheduled flight departure time (45 minutes for international flights). After this time limit passenger reservations may be cancelled and no-show rules will apply.
Is it possible to print the boarding pass again?
Yes, simply access the Web Check-in system a second time. A copy of the boarding pass can also be re-printed at the check-in counter at the airport. Security and ID checks may apply at any time.
Is it possible to check-in baggage at the check-in counter at the airport after having used the Web Check-in service?
Yes, passengers using the Web Check-in service with carry-on luggage in excess of weight or size limits, or with luggage to be checked-in must go to the check-in counters to embark their luggage. This is only an option when the check-in counter is still open. Airport check-in counters always close 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time (45 minutes for international flights).
Is it possible to change or cancel my reservation after using the Web Check-in service?
In order to make changes to your reservation after using the Web Check-in service it is necessary to contact Air One Telecheck-in desk (199 20 70 81 - specific telephone rates apply). Fare rules regarding changes and cancellations will apply. It will be necessary to check-in again afterwards.
Is it possible to check-in only once when there are connecting flights?
Yes, but only if the connecting flight is operated by Air One and the passenger is travelling under a unique booking reference for the complete itinerary. At the end of the first check-in, the system will show a map of available seats on the connecting flight and it will allow the user to print both boarding cards and passenger receipts.
Is it possible to use the Web Check-in service for the return flight as well?
Web Check-in service as a unique operation for round trip itineraries is temporarly suspended. If the return flight is scheduled within the 24 hours following the time of Web Check-in, it is in any case possible to access the system twice in order to realize Web Check-in for both flights.
Is it possible to use the Web Check-in service for electronic tickets purchased in travel agencies?
Yes, simply enter all the requested information correctly.
Is it possible to change seat assignments?
In order to change seat assignments after using the Web Check-in service it is necessary to contact the Air One Telecheck-in desk (199 20 70 81 - specific telephone rates apply) or the check-in counter at the airport.
