Check-in time and rules for boarding

Make sure you obtain your boarding pass at least 25 minutes before flight departure (35 minutes for domestic departures and 45 minutes for international departures from Rome Fiumicino). Air One always aims to guarantee maximum punctuality of flights, and for this reason asks passengers to meet the time-limit for presenting themselves at the check-in counters. Security rules for identifying passengers and checking hand baggage are today becoming increasingly strict, and this has increased the formalities to be completed.
Your cooperation is therefore more important. Please arrive at the airport leaving yourself ample time, and obtain your boarding pass by the time indicated. This will help us ensuring that you leave on time.
Remember that no sharp or cutting metal implements such as scissors or nail files are allowed in your cabin luggage. These objects must be packed in your checked luggage.

If you arrive later than the check-in time specified, you will lose your booking.
