In February 2004, the TÜV Rheinland Group - the world's leading certification body - granted ISO 9001:2000 Compliance Certification to Air One's Quality System.

This target was achieved through Air One's continuous commitment to being customer focused and to managing all those processes whose object is the continuous improvement of the effectiveness and efficiency of its systems - a confirmation of all the awards achieved throughout the years.

The Air One Quality System comprises all those processes linked to Air One 's core business and involving the following fields of application: Design and Planning of Scheduled and Charter Flights - both Civil and Military, Management of Ground Services, Onboard Services, Pre and Post Flight Assistance.
