Quality Goals

In order to:

maintain certify the Company’s Quality Management System [QMS] “ Air One Quality System” [ Air One QS] in compliance with the provisions of UNI EN ISO 9001:2000;
provide its customers/passengers with a service fulfilling their needs and expectations;
optimize internal organization and regularly improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the Company's processes;

Air One considers it essential to achieve the following main targets:

to continuously improve awareness of quality principles and methods within the organization;
through process analysis, to discover the areas for improvement and to eliminate managerial and operational problems that cause internal ineffectiveness and inefficiency;
to monitor and measure Air One QS performance by means of a purpose-made system of service and process indices and indicators;
to monitor the established indices and indicators in order to verify the level of compliance between the results that have been achieved and the targets set, and to ensure that if there are discrepancies between results and targets, all necessary actions are taken;
to regularly set new targets as regards the performance indices and indicators, that should be both attainable and stimulating.

By achieving these goals the Management aims to:

reduce customer/passenger complaints;
reduce non-compliance of services and processes;
reduce costs linked to internal ineffectiveness and inefficiency.

The tools the Management considers as indispensable for achieving these goals are:

a proactive approach towards changes;
training and coaching of staff on quality principles and methods;
involving and motivating staff to implement and carry out the Air One QS
correct management of any non-conformities found and of the corrective/preventive measures taken;
surveillance and data analysis on Air One QS effectiveness.
