Air One's code of ethics
The code of ethics is a key aspect of Air One’s company culture. It defines the values, procedures and practices to be followed:
01 - Work carried out on behalf of the Company and the conduct of its employees should be fully correct, accurate and transparent, formally and substantially legal and reflected clearly and truly in the accounting records.
02 - Relationships between employees should be polite, correct, collaborative, loyal and respectful.
03 - Employees ensure equal treatment for everyone who comes into contact with the Company and will not deny or give services normally given or denied to others. Moreover, they will refuse any form of illegitimate pressure.
04 - Employees prevent the creation or use of illegitimate situations of privilege. They refrain from entering into financial or business relationships, either directly or indirectly, with people they come into contact with as part of their jobs.
05 - Air One protects the information relating to its employees and third parties, and takes all steps to prevent its inappropriate use.
06 - The Company forbids sexual harassment, intimidation and hostile and alienating behaviour in internal and external business relationships to individuals or groups of workers, as well as any behaviour that could hinder others’ work for purely personal motives of competition.
07 - Employees shall not ask for or accept gifts or other donations. In no way, shape or form may they offer payment, gifts or other advantages that could influence the professional activities of third parties.
