Quality System Certification

In 2003, Air One started up its Quality System implementation project in compliance with UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 standards.
Air One established a Company System for Quality Management in just a few months.

The results achieved in terms of effectiveness and efficiency through the introduction of quality principles and methods in the "regulated" field and the Management's trend towards a more systemic approach to all Company processes – whether "regulated" or "non-regulated" - have led Air One to use a single management system that combines flight safety with customer/passenger satisfaction.
Air One considered the implementation of a Quality System in compliance with ISO 9001:2000 standards as the best possible answer to its needs.
The Air One Quality System is made of all those processes linked to Air One's core business and belonging to the following fields of application:
Design and Planning of Scheduled and Charter Flights - both Civil and Military, Management of Ground Services, Onboard Services, Pre and Post Flight Assistance.

In February 2004, the TÜV Rheinland Group - the world's leading certification body - granted ISO 9001:2000 Compliance Certification to Air One's Quality System.
This target was achieved through Air One's continuous commitment to being customer focused and to handling all those processes whose object is the Continuous Improvement of the effectiveness and efficiency of its structure - a confirmation of all the awards achieved throughout the years.
