Public Service Obligation (PSO)fares

Public Service Obligation (PSO) fares are dedicated to the following passenger categories:

• residents in Sardinia: at the check-in counter an official document certifying the passenger’s residence must be presented.
• emigrants (born in Sardinia although at moment resident somewhere else): at the check-in counter an official document certifying the passenger’s birthplace must be presented.
• disabled: at the check-in counter a Air Travel Medical certificate must be presented.
• students from 18 to 26 years of age: at the check-in counter a passenger’s identity document and a document certifying matriculation at university must be presented.
• senior (passengers older than 70): at the check-in counter a passenger’s identity document must be presented.
• youth from 12 to 25 years of age: at the check-in counter a passenger’s identity document must be presented.
• children from 2 to 11 years of age: at the check-in counter a passenger’s identity document must be presented.

In the absence of the documents certifying belonging to one of the above-mentioned categories, passengers will be denied boarding except in the case of purchase of a full fare ticket.

In case of passengers belonging to the above-mentioned categories flying with passengers not entitled to benefit of PSO fares, it will be necessary to proceed by making two separate booking files, creating two homogenous groups (entitled and not entitled).

Children up to 11 years old can not be booked through the web: the adult can be booked through the web, taking care of noting the booking reference provided by the system. The child reservation can then be made by contacting Air One Call Center at the number +39 06 48880069 (any day from 5.00 to 23.00) and communicating the adult’s booking reference.

At the airport, in no case unaccompanied children under 12 years of age will be boarded.

Air One offers a dedicated service for children needing to fly alone:

Unaccompanied minor: dedicated to children from 3 to 11 years old and to be booked, with at least 2 business days advance, through Air One Call Center at the number +39 06 48880069 (any day from 5.00 to 23.00).

Extra Hostess: mandatory for 2 years old children, on request for children from 3 to 5 years of age and to be booked, with at least a 3 business days advance, through Special Assistances Office at the number +39 06 87442255 (from Mon to Fri from 9.00 to 18.00 and on Sat from 9.00 to 13.00).

Air One offers assistance to passengers in need of special services. Availability of special assistance (wheelchair or maximum assistance) and special services in general (pets, sports equipment and musical instruments transportation) and related confirmation must be requested at the number +39 06 48880069 (any day from 5.00 to 23.00).
