If your baggage has been delayed please go to the airport’s Lost&Found office where a Property Irregularity Report (P.I.R.)  will be raised. Your baggage details will been entered into our worldwide computerized baggage tracing system and a baggage file reference  number will be given to you. A detailed description of your baggage and its content will help us identifying your bag.
