Complaint, reimbursement and compensation procedures

Air One is committed to attend complaints from customers with maximum care and speed. For any report regarding service, failure to observe general standards such as regularity and punctuality, safety, reservations, ticketing, etc., customers should contact Air One personnel directly at the airport or aboard the aircraft. If it is not possible to solve the problem immediately, a special complaint form is available for passengers; this form must be sent by fax or mail together with the ticket and any additional documentation useful and/or necessary for a complete and adequate evaluation of the report and/or request for reimbursement, to the following address:
